On 22nd December afternoon, 2010, the fourth "Baling Friendship Award " Presentation Ceremony and Christmas reception organized by Yueyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal government was held in Best Western Maple Hotel. Russian teacher Elena Nikiforova, Nigeria teacher John Olaghere from our school and other three experts achieved the awards. Deputy Mayor Sheng Ronghua and Song Ai-Hua, and other leaders attended and conferred awards. Elena made a wonderful speech on behalf of all award-winning experts. Foreign experts with their families, and international students from our university attended the party. Chinese and foreign guests gathered and enjoyed warm atmosphere to celebrate the upcoming Christmas and New Year.
