Evening,28th February, the Tibetan students in our school celebrated their Tibetan New Year in the student activity center of South campus. The Tibetan students offered hada to their teachers and highland barley wine, the school also provided condolences for the Tibetan students. Teachers and students are sitting together to enjoy new year family reunion dinner which is called "GUTU" in the Tibet area made by students, and prayed for the coming year disease and disaster free. After the meal, the teachers and students fired the fireworks and danced together in the beautiful Tibet song “Guozhuang”, said “Zahid Le”to each otherwhich means good luck and happiness. The Tibetan New Year started in singing and dancing at that harmonious night.
