The 8th of criminal law amendments has come into effect on 1^stMay 2011. This provision explicitly regulate: ‘it will be criminal detention and fined if there are racing on road with vehicle and circumstances are flagrant; or drunk driving on road. It will be convicted and punished according to the higher regularity if there are preceding paragraph with other crimes.
