In order to prevent the ice damage to livingfacilitiesand daily life, please prepare the relevant measuresduring the low temperature and frozen weather:

1, please don’t turn off the tap tight,keep the drip speed around 50 to 60 drops per minutes.

2, please heat the water in thesolar energy water heaterto 60 to 70℃if you have solar energy water heater, and keep the drip speed around 40 to 50 drops per minutes.

3, please use cotton to bind the indoor and outdoor water meters, keep them dry.

4, please defrost thewater facilitieswith 60 to 70℃hot water if you find water facilities was frozen.

5, please meanwhile notice and supervise students, faculties and their families to prepare the prevention of ice damage ofdormitoriesand houses.
