In order to ensure the school traffic order and safety, prevent the vehicles from outside to enter campus optionally, hereby notice:

1, Strengthening the management of the vehicles from outside. The vehicles without the pass card will not be allowed to enter the campus, or must be permitted by guard if there is something serious. Those vehicles without license plate, car license and driving license must not be allowed to enter the campus. The people who do not obey the rules will be taken into the legal issue.

2, Strengthening the management of vehicle parking, security department will conduct a comprehensive renovation to the violations of random road parking, blocking the fire control passageway. All the vehicles must park in the appointed parking space and must in the zone. Security department shall issue the warning notes to the violators and report to the belonging unit, deduct the comprehensive annual scores of the unit, the vehicle would be removed or locked if the violator ignored the warning.

3, Strengthening the management of campus gate traffic. Vehicles will be forbidden to park beyond the gate, and driver must drive slowly to pass the gate to prevent traffic accident.

4, Strengthening the management of driving regularity. Vehicles must not run over 25 km/h and honk in the campus, shall reduce the speed in the cross and be passenger first. Security department shall enhance the inspection of the road and correct the various violations; any drivers must not refuse to be inspected and block the road and gate, or will receive traffic legal issue.
