Campus News To ensure the orderly launch of all tasks for the new semester, on the morning of February 15, Zhang Guoyun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, along with members of the university leadership, conducted an inspection of key venues including teaching buildings, laboratories, the library, student dormitories, and canteens to review preparations for the spring semester opening.

During the inspection, the university leadership visited several schools, teaching facilities, laboratories, student canteens, and dormitories, emphasizing clear requirements regarding fire safety and food safety. The leaders noted that the start of the new semester involves extensive tasks and significant challenges. All departments and units must align their thinking, raise awareness, plan reasonably, coordinate effectively, and ensure comprehensive preparations before the semester begins. It is essential to strengthen the sense of responsibility, enhance safety awareness, and promptly address any issues identified during the inspection to firmly uphold safety standards. Adhering always to the principle of putting faculty and students first, the university will pay close attention to and actively respond to their needs, striving to create a safer, more stable, harmonious, and comfortable environment for work, study, and living, thereby laying a solid foundation for a successful start to the new semester.
