Campus Network News In the recently the First Hunan Province College Students’ Career Planning Competition, He Yixuan from School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering won the first prize, and Li Shanshan from School of Civil Engineering and Architecture and seven other students won the third prize. HNIST's participation rate and award rate both rank among the top ten in the higher education group, and has won the "Outstanding Organization Award" in the competition.
Qi Faren's Message to He Yixuan
"I hope you will keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground to contribute wisdom and strength to building a technological powerhouse." Qi Faren, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and the first chief designer of Shenzhou Spacecraft, sent a message to encourage He Yixuan, who is determined to become a R&D Engineer, before the competition.
HNIST, using competitions as an important carrier to promote employment, fully mobilizes students to register for the competition. 12759 students registered for the competition and actively participated in career challenges, conducting assessments of career adaptability. 8228 students submitted career plans and job resumes. In the future, our school will take the College Students' Career Planning Competition as an opportunity to actively explore new ideas and measures for career education, continue to promote career education and employment guidance, enhance college students' professional qualities, and improve graduates' job competitiveness.
