Campus Network News On February 5th, the 2023 Xiaoxiang Friendship Award ceremony was held grandly in Changsha. Li Min, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, met with foreign experts who won the 2023 Chinese Government Friendship Award. Our Russian teacher Ilia Tishkov won the award for his outstanding contributions and spoke as the representative of the award.

Li Min conveyed congratulations to foreign experts who have won the Chinese Government Friendship Award and Xiaoxiang Friendship Award. He pointed out that Hunan adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, anchors the beautiful blueprint of "Three Highs and Four News", accelerates high-quality development, and cannot do without the contributions and support of foreign experts.

Ilia Tishkov is a Russian, who graduated from the Glinka Nizhny Novgorod State Conservatoire and has a rich artistic background and profound educational experience. Since serving the School of Music of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology in 2012, he has made significant contributions to the school's music education with his superb piano skills and outstanding teaching abilities. He is not only committed to piano art guidance and performance work, but also actively promotes cultural exchanges and educational cooperation between China and Russia, and develops education industry in Hunan Province and even China.

For a long time, the school has been striving to provide good working and living conditions for foreign experts and international friends, creating an open, inclusive, mutually beneficial and shared innovation ecosystem, and actively making greater contributions to promoting the strategy of building a strong talent province and international exchange and cooperation.
