In twenty-2^nd September, vice president Xiaoli Xu warmly welcomed the delegation of Alfred University; the delegates include the dean of Alfred University and the dean of Engineer, the dean of business school. The purpose of the delegates’ visit is to sign cooperation agreement and establish friendly cooperative relationship and strengthen the academic exchange.

In the meeting, Xiaoli Xu gave welcome speech on behalf of our Institute, introduced the development of HNIST and the basic condition of international communication department and expressed the hope of friendly cooperation and excellent resource importation, cooperation expansion. The dean of Alfred University introduced the profession settings, school characteristics, faculty strength and school running idea.

In the session, the members of the delegation and the relative departments reached an agreement; the concrete plan would develop in the latter discussion. 

The person in charge of International communication department, mechanical engineer department, economic and management department and art department attended the meeting.
