On 25th December evening, 2010, on the eve of New Year, Vice President Lu Xianming hosted Christmas Reception for foreign experts in Best Western Maple Hotel.

Peng Shidai, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group, HINST, toasted foreign experts on behalf of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and thanked for their hard work and contribution to the development of school reform, wishing them a Merry Christmas and happy new year, good health and good luck. American experts Shokouh sang an Iran folk song, Russian experts were singing and dancing, American experts Stephen’s family show brought the reception to a climax.
