In order to strengthen the province's universities teaching quality monitoring,effectivelyguarantee teaching quality in Colleges and universities. Hunan Provincial Institute of higher education teaching evaluation committee was formally established in ‘Hunan province colleges and universities teaching quality guarantee system construction seminar and teaching management professional committee annual meeting’ which was organized and held on 17^thDec. The related leaders of provincial Office of education and director of higher education department and director of provincial higher education association attended the meeting, the responsible vice presidents, directors of teaching affairs and teaching evaluation mechanism from each high college of Hunan province participated in this meeting.

“Hunan Institute of higher education teaching evaluation committee rules" has been passed in this meeting; the meeting also discussed "Hunan Province ordinary college undergraduate course teaching quality report issue Interim Measures". It is reported, the teaching quality report system will be implemented in all the undergraduate universities of Hunan province from the beginning of 2013.
