Morning, 21th,May, the 2014 summer HNIST & Laval Chinese language and culture seminar opening ceremony was held in 319 room office building,Vice president Lu Xianming, University of Laval historyprofessor Li Shengwen, international exchange department and some friendly family representatives attended this event, as well as all the volunteer assistants and Canadian students.

Vice president Lu Xianming represented the institute to give a warm welcome to Professor Li Shengwen and all the seminar members; he highly praised the learning spirit and personal qualities, and promised that the institute would provide good learning and living environment during this seminar.
