July 17th morning, the school head officer adjustment conference was held in the library academic report hall. The Hunan Provincial Standing Committee has discussed and decided that Prof. Peng Shidai was no longer served as Party Secretary of Hunan Institute of Science & Technology, Prof. Li Ming assumed the Party Secretary of Hunan Institute of Science & Technology. In this conference, Hu Qi, the Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Hunan provincial Party committee, highly evaluated the contribution which was made by Prof. Peng Shidai for the school, meanwhile, introduced the general information of Prof. Li Ming.
